About the Role
- Hold and maintain a current Licensed Thrive Practitioner qualification.
- Deliver Thrive assessments and develop targeted action plans for pupils.
- Provide individual and small-group Thrive interventions across the school.
- Support pupils to develop emotional regulation, resilience, confidence and positive relationships.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, therapists and senior leaders to identify and respond to pupils' social and emotional needs.
- Support children who may be experiencing barriers to learning, including anxiety, trauma, SEMH needs and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).
- Monitor, review and evaluate the impact of Thrive interventions.
- Promote and champion the Thrive Approach across the school community.

Provide guidance, modelling and training to staff to support Thrive informed practice within classrooms and wider school life.

Contribute to creating a whole school culture where relationships, wellbeing and emotional development are at the heart of learning.
- Is a qualified and currently licensed Thrive Practitioner.
- Has experience working with children and young people with SEND and additional needs.
- Understands relational and trauma-informed approaches to supporting children.
- Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Is passionate about promoting emotional wellbeing and inclusion.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Is committed to helping every child achieve their potential.

Salary & Benefits
Full Time | Term Time Only | Permanent Salary: Light Years Pay Scale IP12-IP16.5 (£21,990 - £24,711 actual)
