Inclusion Practitioner and Outdoor Learning Lead
Overview
We're looking for an exceptional Inclusion Practitioner & Outdoor Learning Lead to help shape and deliver our outdoor learning provision and create memorable experiences that enable our pupils to thrive.
It's an opportunity to design experiences that help children discover what they are capable of, develop emotional resilience, overcome barriers and engage with learning in new and exciting ways.
The Role
You will help create opportunities where children can:
- Build confidence through achievement
- Develop emotional regulation and resilience
- Learn to take safe risks and solve problems
- Strengthen communication and social skills
- Connect with nature and their community
- Experience success beyond the traditional classroom
As our Outdoor Learning Lead, you'll have the freedom and support to:
- Lead and develop an inspiring outdoor learning programme
- Design engaging, therapeutic and educational experiences
- Use outdoor learning to support emotional wellbeing and personal development
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to maximise pupil outcomes
- Develop our outdoor spaces and learning opportunities
- Support pupils individually and in groups
- Champion inclusion through creative and experiential learning
- Make a genuine and lasting difference to children's lives

Salary and Benefits
Salary: Light Years Pay Scale IP13-IP16 (£13,533 - £14,777 actual salary)
